Debbie Heath Debbie is the Owner and Managing Director of Cupboard Love Design.
She has direct experience in the interior design and fitted furniture manufacturing industry for over 14 years, coupled with this, she has accrued over twenty years of management and operational experience.
Debbie manages each and every project from initial concept to actual design, manufacturing and installation of your bespoke furniture. She makes sure that the quality of the product, and the customer service you receive, is second to none.
Derrick Heath Head Designer and Technical Lead Derrick has been an interior designer and manufacturer of bespoke furniture for over 14 years and has worked with many individual clients on their home interior projects. He has also worked on designs for large corporate companies across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
Derrick thinks outside the box when it comes to working with you, he will take on board what you are trying to achieve, whether it is to utilise space or just to get the best out of the room surrounding you.

Sara Lotte Designer - South Division
Sara is our designer for the South area. She has been designing in this industry for over 8 years and she is an absolute diamond when it comes to creativity and vision.
We asked Sara what her favourite point is working for Cupboard Love Design and she said: “I feel I can always express myself to the team and be heard, and more importantly than that, my creativity is inspired and not “put in a box”, I love that!

Roly Moss Designer - North Division
Roly is our designer for the North area. Yes, he really is called Roly Moss! Which totally matches his personality! Roly has been a designer for bespoke furniture for 5 years and just makes us howl with laughter! He is a gifted designer with a huge personality.
We asked Roly what his favourite point is working for Cupboard Love Design and he said:
“Life has to have laughter and enjoyment, we all know that, and working for a company that inspires you to enjoy yourself is a welcomed gift.”

Derek Mitchell Designer - Midlands Division
Derek is our designer for the Midlands area. He has been designing in this industry for nearly 10 years and he is a very skilled designer with lots of industry knowledge.
We asked Derek what his favourite point is working for Cupboard Love Design and he said: “I enjoy creating client’s visions and helping them with their designs, especially as we are completely bespoke.”

Polina Bulgart 3D Rendered Artist
Polina is our 3D rendered artist that makes all of our designs jump out of a page and into a fantastic rendered drawing, which are unreal! She has been designing in this industry, and others, for many years and she is a very skilled artist.
Polina can usually turn one of our designers sketches into a 3D rendered drawing within 48 hours, which is just amazing.
We asked Polina to pick a word that represents how she feels about working as a team with us. One-word Polina: “Visualise!”
Sal Wainwright Buyer for the Company
Sal has worked as a buyer for almost 13 years. She loves digging around and finding the best suppliers and the best pricing structure for the company, and in turn, for our clients.
We asked Sal what her favourite point is working for Cupboard Love Design and she said:
“At CLD we all listen to each other, even if we disagree, there is always a level of harmony here because we actually listen and hear each other.”

Babs Claymole Accounts Department
Babs has worked in the accounting world, over several different industries, for over 15 years. She is a stickler for counting every penny and making sure all the T`s are crossed and the i`s are dotted.
We asked her what her favourite point is working for Cupboard Love Design and she said:
“I love working here, as the atmosphere is so creative, it doesn’t seem like we come to work, we come here to be great friends and work together to create something amazing”.

Richard, James, Aaron, Mark, Chris, Steve, Peter, Oliver Fitting Team
Our team of fitters have to pass through many hoops to become part of our team, as after all, they have to create the end product to perfection, so not anybody can become one of our team members. They have come to a consensus that the one word they would choose between them to describe working as a team with us would be: “Wegetpaidreallywellbigsmileyface” but that was naughty of them, so I made them choose properly!
They chose: “Heard!”
